‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180/ /03_23'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Thoenes BA120'. Blue coloured fibre/NBR material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Thoenes BA110'. Green coloured NBR/fibre material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'BELPA CSA 520'. Light green coloured NBR/fibre gasket material made by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio
‘Lionpak® 3200’ . Pale yellow coloured, braided gland packing. For use with water up to 85°C. For use as a gland packing only having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Lionpak® 2300’. Grey coloured, braided GFO gland packing. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'SHUANGSHI GRP PIPE 51160'. Yellow coloured GRP pipe manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Viega Smartloop PE-Xc Monolayer Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded PE-Xc pipe. For use with water up to 70°C.
'IDCEPSD'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Denyl 66 3010 Natural F' & 'Denyl 66 3010 Black F'. Natural (appears off-white) and black coloured, Polyamide 66 materials. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ULTRADUR B4300 GK24 HR FC AQUA GREY 35413'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TEGA PE100 fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded PE100 fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
'DERINSU PE100 Fitting'. Black coloured, injection moulded PE100 fitting. For use with water up to 60°C.
'UNIDELTA Electrofusion Fitting'. Black coloured, injection moulded PE100 Electrofusion Fitting. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Cosmoplast Butt Fusion Fitting'. Black coloured, polyethylene butt-fusion fitting. For use with water up to 60°C.
'SLA Barrier Pipe' (formerly known as ‘Egeplast SLA Pipe’). Extruded, triple layered pipe consisting of an black coloured PE 100 inner layer, aluminium middle layer and blue coloured (with brown coloured longitudinal stripe) PE 100 outer later. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Dowlex 2344'. Natural (appears white), compression moulded LLDPE material. From May 2025, the material may also be used for extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Wefatherm Fitting'. Green coloured, injection moulded PP-R fitting. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Wefatherm Pipe'. Green coloured (with or without blue external stripe), extruded PP-R pipe. 'Wefatherm Fibre Pipe'. Extruded, multi-layered pipe comprising of a green coloured PP-R inner layer, green coloured PP-R/fibre middle layer and green coloured (with red stripe) PP-R outer layer. Both pipes are for use with water up to 60°C.
