Natural, unpigmented (white in appearance), injection moulded POM materials. All the grades listed can be coloured using the following masterbatch MB-S315F (black coloured masterbatch). All are for use with water up to 85°C.
ML-9005WGL414 (black coloured - RAL 9005), ML-6018WGL424 (green coloured - RAL 6018), ML-9A10WGL444 (white coloured - RAL 9010), ML-5007WGL424 (blue coloured - RAL 5007) & ML-6621WGL424 (green coloured - Pantone 334 C). Factory applied, electro-statically sprayed epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Pdb_ML-WGL414-EN (03-2023)’, dated ’23.03.2023’. Stove (cure) for 8 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'TEPICOMPOWDER PC-200F U'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Information 'No. SG23180' dated '11 June 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KUBOTAPOWDER TK1413F M'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Information 'No. SG23180' dated '11 June 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur Multi-Strength 35531 Grey'. Factory applied, grey two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply in accordance with manufacturer's Product Data Sheet issued July 2022. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'A/W AQUA (A) Epoxy 100'. Site applied, pale straw coloured epoxy/linseed oil waterproof coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Document 'FSQP-707-05' dated '2021.01.04'. Cure for 6 hours under UV light (wavelength 365μm) at a distance of 150mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180/ /03_23'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
