Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves (various finishes) incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headworks with single lever type operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with manual override and single lever type operating members. Both inlets incorporate approved single check valve cartridges (however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of concealed, thermostatic blending valves with a brass body. The temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome operating member which incorporates a manual override, and flow is controlled via a push on/off headwork to a single or optional shower outlet, depending on model. The inlet connections incorporate single check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of gear or lever operated wafer, semi lugged or fully lugged butterfly valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, stainless steel discs and EPDM seats. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Manually operated thermally actuated regulating valves with bronze bodies and EPDM O-rings. Flow is controlled by a rising spindle headwork. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of spring-loaded resilient trim, non-return valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, stainless steel discs and EPDM seals. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of spring-loaded resilient trim, non-return valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, stainless steel discs and EPDM seals. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of in-line adjustable pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies and NBR ‘O’-rings. The valve incorporates a test port. The outlet pressures range from 1.5 bar to 6.0 bar. Maximum supply pressure 25.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of adjustable, bronze in-line pressure reducing valves. Sizes ½”, ¾” 1”& 1¼” have inspection ports on the outlet only and Sizes 2” & 4” have inspection ports on the inlet and outlet. The valves incorporate a stainless-steel strainer. Maximum inlet supply pressure 20.0 bar. Maximum outlet pressure 1.0 bar to 4.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C.
Pressure relief valve with a brass body and EPDM diaphragm, pre-set at 3.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Bistable (latching - pulse controlled) or monostable (normally open) solenoid valve with a plastic body, EPDM diaphragm and ‘O’-rings. The products incorporates a stainless-steel filer on the inlet. From February 2024 the product may also be supplied with a plastic filter. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature: Between October 2022 and January 2024 this product is suitable for hot water use only (70°C).
