‘KUBOTA SEAL AC’. Factory applied, colourless acrylic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref. no. 65700H-2.3’ dated 'Mar. 14.2017'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. 'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'ECL / TDS / EP 812 - BLUE, RAL 5017', issue date '12-Jan-13', version '03', revision date '25-Sept-14'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. `EcoZmart Waterproofing`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'DIC.PPS FZ-2140-F3 BLACK'. 'DIC.PPS FZ-2140-F3 BLACK-U' was added to the approval in September 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded PPS materials manufactured in Vienna, Austria. For use with water up to 85°C.
'UW61424 & UW61427 – Instinct'. White coloured, extruded PTFE tapes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'7EP2114 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E7014F'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From April 2023, the material is for use with water up to 85°C.
'Loctite SI 5331 (known as 'Loctite 5331')'. White coloured silicone thread sealant. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet ‘reference 1.7’ dated May 2014. Cure for 96 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) combination tap assemblies (chrome plated – brass bodies). Flow is controlled via a solenoid which is actuated via an infrared sensor and the temperature is controlled by a manual lever. The spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators. The inlet hoses incorporate stainless steel strainers and an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar.
