Range of multi-layered flexible hoses (TPE inner liner/PVC middle/PVC outer with polyester braiding in-between) and stainless-steel braided EPDM flexible hoses. The hoses are supplied with a variety of end connections incorporating brass barbed hose inserts or white plastic barbed hose inserts. The hoses may also incorporate a servicing valve (see model). The push fit connectors are to be used with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN1057), PB pipe (Manufactured to BS EN21003) & PE-x pipe (manufactured to BS EN7291-3). Products shown with a “P” suffix (eg. WFLX15P, FLX43P) are a prepacked variant of the original product eg. WFLX15, FLX43. Products shown with a “SB” suffix (eg. FLX15P-SB, WFLX28-SB) are a reduced box quantity of an existing product. Maximum working pressure and operating temperature: 12.0 bar @ 20°C and 6.0 bar @ 65°C.

Each inlet incorporates a stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies and trim sets (various finishes - see models). Flow is controlled as follows (for operating members - see model): Single outlet models: ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork. Double Outlet Models without diverter: ¼ turn ceramic disc headworks. Double Outlet Models with diverter: 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork. Triple Outlet Models with diverter: ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork and a 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with various operating members (see model) which incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Range of piston type float operated inlet valves with brass bodies. The valves discharge from a downwards atmospheric discharge arrangement on the underside of the body. Maximum working pressure: 3.0 (1FVA106 & 1FVA104 models only) or 14.0 Bar (all other models) Cold water use only.
Range of adjustable, pilot operated, pressure reducing control valves with black plastic bodies, EPDM diaphragm, EPDM ‘O’-rings and NBR seals. The products are supplied with auxiliary stainless-steel tubing, lever operated spherical valves, integral stainless-steel strainer, pilot valve and a quarter turn ceramic disc valve. Maximum inlet supply pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum outlet pressure 0 - 8.5 bar, 7.0 - 13.5 bar or 12.0 - 16.0 bar (see model). Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of pre-set pressure relief valves with bronze bodies and EPDM seating discs. Available with either a manual lever or dome type sealed cap. Pre-set relief pressures: DN15 and DN40 valves: 0.35 bar to 15.9 bar. DN20 valves: 0.35bar to 13.8bar. DN25, DN32 and DN50 valves: 0.35 bar to 12.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of pre-set, spring loaded, angled pressure relief valves, with a plastic body and EPDM diaphragm. The B312021 CST model only is pre-set at 4.0 bar, all other models are pre-set at 3.0 bar. The valves are fitted with either rotary type easing gear or hand operated lifting gear. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
