'P • HSR42.5'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement:medium sand:water in 1:1.4:0.45 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 03', dated '29th-07-2024'. Cure for 3 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to be coated for 15 minutes@200°C and coating applied as per manufacturer's TDS dated '22 August 2018'. Post-cure for 15 min@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polymer Admixture 850'. Site applied, white coloured liquid primer/sealer. Mix 'Polymer Admixture 850' & water in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet dated Jan 2023. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
