'ELCRIN WF006LiQ-1001'. Grey coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AQUA Cable®'. Extruded, blue coloured cable with polyethylene sheath (water contact layer), available with between 1 and 5 metallic cores and a wall thickness of between 1.2mm & 5.9mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Hepworth HDPE PE 100 Pipe (black) & HDPE PE 100 Pipe (black with blue stripes)'. Extruded polyethylene pipes. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-15 C & Sikaplan® WT 4220-18 H’. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-15’ is a light blue coloured, extruded multi-layer polyethylene sheet material comprising of glass fibre inlay between two polyethylene sheet layers. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-18 H’ is a light blue coloured, extruded polyethylene sheet material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'NEPROPLAST Multi-layered and Single layered pipes'. The single layered pipe is green coloured, extruded PP-R. The multi-layered pipes are extruded and have a green coloured PP-R inner layer and black coloured PE100 outer layer (with or without a red stripe). For use with water up to 70°C.
'ACOFLON 100 – INO220FF Washer'. White coloured, pressure moulded and then machined PTFE washer. For use with water up to 80°C.
'ESTANE® 58197 Nat 022'. In August 2023 'ESTANE® 58197 NAT 01' was added to the approval. Natural (transparent, colourless), injection moulded thermoplastic polyurethane materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Estane® Grades 58887 Nat 036, 58315 Nat 033, 58300 Nat 036, 58887 Nat 029, 58315 Nat 055, 58887 Nat 038 & 58887 Nat 055’. Natural (transparent, colourless), injection moulded TPU materials. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘PVDF Solef 1008/0001’. White coloured, injection moulded PVDF material. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Sikadur 31 DW Rapid for use with Combiflex TF Tape’. Site applied, grey coloured two-component epoxy resin for use with grey coloured TPE Tape. Mix parts A & B of ‘Sikadur 31 DW Rapid’ in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply as per product data sheet ‘March 2021, Version 01.03’. Immediately apply ‘Combiflex TF Tape’ as per product data sheet ‘May 2021, Version 01.01’ and cure for 7 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sikadur 31 DW for use with Combiflex TF Tape’. Site applied, grey coloured two-component epoxy resin for use with grey coloured TPE Tape. Mix parts A & B of ‘Sikadur 31 DW’ in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply as per product data sheet ‘February 2022, Version 03.03’. '5613 Gaskets'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM gaskets. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 3.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TIMO 4-80 ‘O’ rings and washers'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM ‘O’ rings and washers. Shore hardness 80. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of between 0.52mm & 2.67mm. The washers have an in-radius size of between 0.52mm & 2.71mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SE-618PF'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
Initial approval was for ‘REK-8000-Premium’ (shore hardness 80) only. In April 2024 ‘REK-5000-Premium’ (shore hardness 50) & ‘REK-7000-Premium’ (shore hardness 70) were added to the approval. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EPDM H 85'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 85. Tested in-radius size 1.10mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
'Mescola EPDM-PX 659/70.nr'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SN-738PF'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber. Shore hardness 71. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From December 2023, the material is suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
‘N70 60 003 197’. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
