Mix parts A and B in a 5:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'FN10178', publication number '07-06-21'. Cure for 18 hours@20°C then post-cure for 1 hour@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ePIPE® UK'. Site applied, red-brown coloured, two-part epoxy based coating consisting of a based and activator. Mix base and activator in a 2:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU issue '009', dated March 23, 2011. Air-cure for 60 minutes@25°C and then immerse in a water bath at 60°C for 60 minutes. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Regin REGQ102-115'. Fibre/rubber gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is green coloured on one side and black coloured on the other. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Tecomid NB30 GR50 BK012 QW'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
