For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘V-PET#1600 Gray F’. Factory applied, dark grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref.no. VP1600-PD-170412’, dated '12th April 2017'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'5013 High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU number '001', dated '2022.11.30'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cements. ‘BFSC PAM MDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.35:0.0080:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 7M’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. BFSC PAM GDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.84:0.0065:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 8M/-3A’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. 'GCF-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a ratio of 4:2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'QC-WI-8.1.8, revision 2/0, issue date 30/10/2021'. Cure for 28 days@24°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Epilux QD DW Coating - Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Base and Catalyst in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Product Information Data Sheet No: 780', 'Revision: 00', 'Issue Date Feb-22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. `EcoZmart Waterproofing`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Vinoleo 77/14'. Amber coloured, soap based lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SURU Lubricant'. Yellow coloured lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '18th Feb 2015'. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘RADISTRONG® AROMA RV400RKC2 106 NT, RV500RKC2 106 NT & RV600RKC2 106 NT’. ‘RADISTRONG® AROMA RV400RKC2 306 BK, RV500RKC2 306 BK & RV600RKC2 306 BK’. ‘RADISTRONG® AROMA RV300RKC2 106 NT’ & ‘RADISTRONG® AROMA RV300RKC2 306 BK’ were added to the approval in February 2024. Natural (indicated by NT - appear cream in colour) and black coloured (indicated by BK), injection moulded, glass fibre filled (between 30% & 60%), PA66 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Palaplast Hydropal W PE80 & PE100 pipes’. Extruded, PE80 & PE100 pipes, both available in either blue colour or black colour (with blue stripe). All pipes are for use with water up to 23°C.
‘Polypipe Black PE100 & Blue PE100 Pipes’. Black or blue coloured, extruded PE100 pipes. For use with water up to 23°C.
'FRIALEN Safety Fittings'. Black coloured, PE100 fittings which are injection moulded or machined from an extruded pipe. Between May 2023 and June 2025, the fittings were for use with water up to 23°C. Between July 2025 and May 2028, the black fittings are for use with water up to 60°C. Blue coloured PE100 fittings which are injection moulded. For use with water up to 23°C.
'PPE-2211 GF30 SAWyy-Gxxxx' (where yy-Gxxxx indicates and is replaced with a combination of numbers and letters). Off-white coloured, injection moulded PPE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'DIC.PPS FZ-2140-F3 BLACK'. 'DIC.PPS FZ-2140-F3 BLACK-U' was added to the approval in September 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded PPS materials manufactured in Vienna, Austria. For use with water up to 85°C.
