If the cure/mix conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

Range of wall mounted, two-hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). The flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via infra-red sensor. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome operating member which incorporates a manual override button. The spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators, and both inlets incorporate an approved single check valve cartridge (however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection) and stainless-steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C.
Range of electronic combination tap assemblies, incorporating a solenoid valve controlling the flow that is activated via an infra-red sensor. The Xeris models (012930699 & 012940699) incorporate a check valve cartridge in the inlet hose, however the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
