The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. All other models incorporate ceramic cartridge headworks with single lever operating member and ceramic disc diverter valves diverting flow between spout outlet and shower outlets.
