'MAT901 & MAT902'. In June 2025 ‘MAT901IT & MAT902IT’ washers were added to the approval. Black coloured carbon/PTFE washers manufactured by pressing. For use with water up to 85°C.
`Scotchkote 206N`. Factory applied, green coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s 'standard cure guide' which appears in document '80-6111-8352-8 Rev. B'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JDP21GEY‐5005, JDP21GEY‐5015 & JDP21GEY‐5017'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'version 1.0', dated 15/02/2022. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop Easy DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7483-7-2021-I-gb'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2022.1.1', revision 'A2'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Belzona 1511 (Super HT – Metal)'. Site applied, two-component, silver/grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 5:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'FN10178', publication number '07-06-21'. Cure for 18 hours@20°C then post-cure for 1 hour@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ePIPE® UK'. Site applied, red-brown coloured, two-part epoxy based coating consisting of a based and activator. Mix base and activator in a 2:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU issue '009', dated March 23, 2011. Air-cure for 60 minutes@25°C and then immerse in a water bath at 60°C for 60 minutes. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Regin REGQ102-115'. Fibre/rubber gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is green coloured on one side and black coloured on the other. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic Vinyl Ester VE671PA'. Brown coloured (translucent), contact moulded GRP laminating material. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘SEA2001’ (manufactured in Italy, Poland & Turkey). Dual layer, extruded, composite hoses. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a red or blue coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a straw coloured, translucent inner and outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 23°C. From January 2023 hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C.
'Tecomid NB30 GR50 BK012 QW'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Radilon A RV300RKC 106 NT, A RV300RKC2 106 NT, A RV500RKC2 106 NT & A RV500RKC 106NT’ ‘Radilon A RV300RKC 306 BK, A RV500RKC 306 BK, A RV300RKC2 306 BK & A RV500RKC2 306 BK’. ‘NT’ indicates that the grade is natural (which appears beige in colour). BK indicates that the grade is black coloured. Injection moulded PA66 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'4MID 9B22150 W-A BBK'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POLYPOL-1021'. Orange/brown coloured, isophthalic based, unsaturated polyester resin manufactured by contact moulding. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Poseidon Cable' (3 x 1.5mm, 4 x 1.5mm, 3 x 1.0mm & 4 x 1mm). Blue coloured (external water contact layer), extruded, XLPE electrical cable. For use with water up to 65°C.
"Reinert-Ritz PE 100 Fittings". Black coloured, extruded polyethylene fittings. For use with water up to 85°C.
