Range of black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM ‘O’ rings and gaskets. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. ‘O’ rings with tested in-radii sizes of between 0.25mm & 5.00mm. Gaskets with tested in-radii sizes of between 0.25mm & 7.50mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP5700'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 57. Tested in-radius size 0.98mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Weld-On 919XG'. Uncoloured, transparent PVC solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet '919XG-11-2020'. Cure for 30 minutes@4°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hytrel® 6359FG & 4068FG'. Cream coloured, injection moulded, thermoplastic polyester elastomeric materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
Single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass), flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The tap connects to the solenoid valve via a copper tail with a ½” BSP (F) captive nut and a fibre washer. The product is supplied with a combined TPE washer and stainless steel strainer to be installed on the inlet to the solenoid. The spout outlets incorporate a plastic flow straightener. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
