If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ascent-02 Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'Ascent02-2511', dated '2025.11.25'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GDPA PermaCoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied) coating system comprising of a Yellow Zinc Primer and Polyamide top coat. Apply one coat of Yellow Zinc as per work instructions 'PR/WI/01', revision '00', dated '22/11/2017', plating for 45 minutes@30°C. Apply one coat of top coat as per work instructions 'BR/WI/01', revision '00', dated '29/10/2010' and cure for 30 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the plating and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the plating and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BAJ0002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat substrate for 30 minutes@200°C and apply in accordance with manufacturer's Product Instructions 'Version-01 202426 September'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand, and water in a volume ratio of 1:2.0:0.4 and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2020'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LOCTITE® SF 770™' (known as 'LOCTITE 770'). Site applied, clear cyanoacrylate primer. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated May 2021. Cure for 30 seconds@20°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
