Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button with dome or square type operating members. The inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product incorporates a manual diverter valve which can be limited to control the flow between 1, 2 or 3 outlets, a separate thermostatic cartridge controls the temperature. The inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of plastic smart box blending valves, incorporating a brass flow meter with or without an insulated body (see models). The products incorporate a non-return valve. For use with Polybutylene Barrier Pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010 ) and PEX Barrier Pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010) and Copper Pipe (manufactured to BS EN1057) Maximum working pressure 3.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 65.0°C

The inlet adaptors incorporate single check valve cartridges (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and stainless-steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 85.0°C.
