'YHR-GFS Enamel'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Enamel coating. Mix enamel powder with water in a ratio of 7:3 and apply two coats as per manufacturer's TDS 'YHRGFS2504', version 'V0', dated '2025/3/27'. Cure for 20 minutes@120°C and fire for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure and/or fire conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fusion Bonded Epoxy (IMP-FBE) Cobalt Blue RAL 5013'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 200°C and spray apply one coat at 120°C as per manufacturer's TDS 'YHRFBE2504', version 'V0'. dated '2025/3/27'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sealtex ST-2052'. Green coloured NBR/fibre material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'thoenes BA110'. Green coloured NBR/fibre material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
