Standpipe assembly break tank with a Type ‘AB’ air gap (verified by test – suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 5) mounted to the top of the standpipe body. The tank is filled via a compact float valve and has two screened weir slots. Water is then supplied by gravity from the break tank to the hose outlet below. Flow is activated via a spherical valve located behind a lockable panel. In addition to the isolation valve, the product incorporates a single check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) prior to the spherical valve and an in-line ‘Y’ pattern strainer after it. The spherical valve includes a drain plug to allow for draining. Insulation is provided up to the drain point. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Single check valve assembly with a brushed nickel coated DZR brass body, incorporating a screwdriver operated isolation valve and EPDM ‘O’ rings. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85ºC.
Range of non-verifiable double check valve assemblies with DZR brass bodies, incorporating two spring loaded, resilient trim in-line check valve cartridges. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Non-verifiable double check valve assembly incorporating DZR brass (chrome plated) body two spring loaded, resilient trim in-line check valve cartridges & a drain port located between the cartridges. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of non verifiable double check valve assemblies consisting of two spring loaded resilient trim in-line check valve cartridges housed in a DZR brass body. The products incorporate a drain port between the cartridges. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
