All models incorporate a stainless-steel mesh and an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Model CWIC355040 comes supplied with a tundish. For use with copper pipe to BS EN 1057, PB pipe (with inserts) to BS EN 7291-2:2010 and PEX pipe (with inserts) to BS EN 7291-3:2010. Maximum working pressure 16.0. Maximum operating temperature of 25°C.

CWIC110004 model - Pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.5 bar and pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar. CWIC200055 model - Pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar and pressure relief valve set at 4.5 bar. For use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). Maximum supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure range 1.5 bar to 6.0 bar (both models). Maximum operating temperature 20°C.

From September 2023 the products are suitable for 8.0 bar @ 65°C.
