From 1st April 2026, WRAS will implement an update to its application fees for product and material approvals submitted via the online portal or directly to WRAS.
This adjustment reflects increases in operating costs in line with UK inflation and ensures we can continue to provide a high-quality, efficient approvals service. This will be the first change to WRAS Approvals pricing since 1 April 2022.
WRAS remains committed to supporting manufacturers, retailers, and the wider water industry by delivering trusted, independent approvals that protect water quality and promote regulatory compliance.
We understand the importance of transparency and predictability in pricing, and by aligning adjustments with inflation and maintaining multi-year stability between changes, we aim to minimise disruption while sustaining service standards.
Applications submitted on or after 1st April 2026 will be charged at the updated rates.
