WRAS Office Closure – 18th March (Company Day)


The Water Regulations Approval Scheme (WRAS) offices will be closed on Wednesday 18th March for a scheduled company day.

On this date:

  • Our phone lines will be closed

  • The WRAS offices will not be open

  • We will not be responding to general email or telephone enquiries

This dedicated company day allows our team to focus on internal development and continuous improvement, helping us enhance the service we provide to customers, test houses and stakeholders.

What this means for you

  • You can continue to access the WRAS online application portal as normal.

  • Any enquiries received on 18th March will be responded to as soon as possible from Thursday 19th March onwards.

  • If you have an urgent query, we recommend contacting us before the closure date.
