Following the successful launch of the WRAS Online Portal, we’re pleased to announce that we are now accepting online applications for tap and shower product sections.

This marks a significant milestone in our journey to streamline the WRAS Approvals process and provide a more accessible, efficient service to our customers. Tap and shower manufacturers can now benefit from a simplified and transparent process that puts you in control from start to finish.

Submitting Applications Just Got Easier

Using the WRAS Online Portal, manufacturers can now submit their applications directly to WRAS, track their progress, and access approval documentation all in one place. Here's how the process works:

1. Submit Your Application

Begin your application through the WRAS Online Portal. It’s quick, straightforward, and accessible 24/7. Follow this easy to use to support you in the journey.

2. Receive Testing Requirements

Once submitted, WRAS will provide you with the testing requirements and specify which samples need to be sent for verification.

3. Testing with a Recognised Facility

Choose and engage a WRAS-recognised test facility to carry out the required testing in line with the supplied Test requirements. Use the directory to check that the facility’s scope of recognition covers the required testing.

4. Application Review During Testing Period

While testing is underway, WRAS will review your application and samples. It will be presented at a PAAG meeting, with feedback provided pending the test report.

5. Final Review and Approval

Upon receipt of the test report, WRAS will carry out the final review and issue an approval decision within five working days.

6. Access Your Documents

Your approval documentation will be available on the online portal, giving you immediate and continued access to your certificates.
