Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge. The trim sets are provided with either dome, single lever, cross top or cube type operating members. The inlets each incorporate an approved single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlet to the overhead shower incorporates a plastic strainer. The overhead shower inlets incorporate a combined washer and stainless steel strainer. The overhead shower inlets on the 27 268 & 27 281 models also incorporate plastic flow regulators. The inlets to the main body incorporate an approved single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
