Range of stainless steel bodied mechanical pump shaft seals. The 491 model comprises of carbon and silicone carbide seal faces and EPDM ‘O’-rings. The 1510 model comprises of carbon and silicone carbide seal faces, EPDM ‘O’-rings and an orange NBR/aramid fibre gasket. Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
'ARC SD4i(E)'. Factory applied, grey and blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 2.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085034EU', dated '08/2024'. Cure for 72 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ARC 858(E)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085013EU', dated '08/2024'. Cure for 54 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chesterton Style 455EU'. Blue coloured fibre/NBR material, manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'DualPac 2212 High Performance Multi-Purpose Packing'. Braided gland packing which is half white coloured and half yellow coloured. For use with water up to 85°C. For use as a gland packing only having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
