Tectite Classic and Tectite Pro ranges of copper alloy push-fit fittings The Tectite Classic range is for use with copper tube (manufactured to BS EN 1057) and PEX & Polybutylene tube (manufactured to BS 7291). The fittings are supplied with plastic inserts. The Tectite Pro range is for use with copper tube (manufactured to BS EN 1057). Maximum working pressures & operating temperatures: Tectite Classic fittings with copper pipe: 6.0 bar @ 95°C, 16.0 Bar cold water use. Tectite Classic fittings with PEX & Polybutylene 6.0 bar @ 95°C, 12.0 Bar cold water use. Tectite Pro fittings (15mm - 28mm): 6.0 bar @ 95°C, 20.0 Bar cold water use. Tectite Pro fittings (32mm - 54mm): 6.0 bar @ 95°C, 16.0 Bar cold water use.
