Mitsubishi Electric ‘EHPT20Q – VM2EA’ stainless steel unvented primary thermal store cylinder unit. An inline booster heater is also fitted into the primary circuit. The cylinder is fitted with two pressure relief valves set at 3.0 bar. Heat is transferred from the stored primary water to the secondary water circuit via a plate heat exchanger which provides instantaneous hot water. The primary thermal storage cylinder is to be filled by the use of the supplied temporary filling loop assembly, which consistd of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose, a lever operated brass spherical valve and a DZR brass double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) that incorporates a lever operated spherical valve. A primary expansion vessel is supplied to accommodate the expansion of the primary water when heated. An automatic air vent is fitted to the top of the thermal store. The product is supplied with a tundish. Maximum working pressure: Primary circuit 2.5 bar, Secondary circuit 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature: Primary circuit 72°C, Secondary circuit 70°C.
McDonald Steel Flow ranges of Direct, Indirect, Solar Single, Solar Twin, Slim Direct and Slim Indirect stainless steel insulated unvented hot water storage cylinders with external expansion. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.
Stainless steel indirect thermal store. The primary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve (3 bar and 92°C). Hot water storage for space heating via air to water heat pump Maximum working pressure: Primary circuit 3.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
SSB, SSI SST range of stainless steel unvented cylinders provided with an unvented kit supplied with cylinders containing a temperature and pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion vessel and single check valve (suitable for fluid category 2) . Available as storage tank, indirect or twin coil. Maximum working pressure of the cylinder 6.0 bar, maximum working pressure of the coil or coils 12.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of domestic stainless steel indirect unvented hot water storage cylinder incorporating a stainless steel coil for connection to a heat pump circuit. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve (10 bar and 92°C) and an Incoloy immersion heater and magnesium sacrificial anode. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit 9.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of wall mounted, exposed, bar type thermostatic shower mixers (chromium plated brass) with a 2-way ceramic disc diverter controlling the flow to either shower outlet. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge which incorporates a manual override button. The S06 model has dome type operating members and the S15-2 model has cube type operating members. The inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic mixing vales with brass bodies and chrome plated trim sets, incorporating one or two quarter turn ceramic disc headworks with various operating members (see models). Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with various operating members (see model) which incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of water filters cartridges with plastic bodies and either carbon block or activated carbon filter media. Maximum working pressure 8.6 bar. Maximum operating temperature 38°C.
Wall mounted exposed thermostatic shower valve incorporating a brass body (various finishes), quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with single lever operating members and manual diverter to shower outlet. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with cross top type operating member. The inlets incorporate a single check valve cartridge (however the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection). The product is supplied with an overhead shower, shower handset, riser rail and shower hose. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves (chrome plated) brass bodies incorporating a single sequential thermostatic cartridge controlling both flow and temperature. Models 86005770 & 86005780 have single lever operating members. Model 86005760 is not supplied with an operating member. both inlets incorporate single check valve cartridges (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 2). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
