Premix control unit for an infrared sensor tap comprising of a solenoid valve with plastic body, EPDM diaphragm and ‘O’-rings, and silicone seals. Both the cold and hot inlets incorporate an approved single check valve cartridge, however the complete assembly has not been tested for backflow protection. The central section of the valve incorporates a plastic strainer. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
