Electronically controlled heat interface units (HIU) with twin stainless-steel plate heat exchangers providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The cold inlet supply to the plate heat exchanger incorporates an isolation valve and a water hammer arrestor. The space heating circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). The product is supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an elbow shaped copper pipe, isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3) which incorporates an isolation valve. The cold mains inlet and the domestic hot water outlet each incorporate a brass bodied spherical valve with a butterfly handle. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary: 16.0 bar and 90˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10 bar and 65˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 85˚C.
Range of ‘HYCO’ electric instantaneous water heaters with plastic bodies, NBR and silicone ‘O’-rings. The inlet of model IN96T incorporates a plastic strainer. Maximum working pressure 7.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
‘Hydraulic Block 2’ range of integrated water circuits for use with combination boilers comprising of a plastic body, stainless steel thermistors and a plate heat exchanger. The primary circuit incorporates a pump assembly. Maximum working pressures: Primary Circuit 2.5 bar. Secondary Circuit 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: Primary circuit 85˚C. Secondary circuit 65°C. Cold supply only.
Hydroblock unit consisting of a stainless steel heat exchanger, a pressure relief valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, diverter valve and return valve. Maximum working pressure 2.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C
Digital water meter with brass body incorporating a plastic strainer on the inlet and a non-return valve (not suitable for backflow protection) on the outlet. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C.
