Mitsubishi Electric ‘EHPT20Q – VM2EA’ stainless steel unvented primary thermal store cylinder unit. An inline booster heater is also fitted into the primary circuit. The cylinder is fitted with two pressure relief valves set at 3.0 bar. Heat is transferred from the stored primary water to the secondary water circuit via a plate heat exchanger which provides instantaneous hot water. The primary thermal storage cylinder is to be filled by the use of the supplied temporary filling loop assembly, which consistd of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose, a lever operated brass spherical valve and a DZR brass double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) that incorporates a lever operated spherical valve. A primary expansion vessel is supplied to accommodate the expansion of the primary water when heated. An automatic air vent is fitted to the top of the thermal store. The product is supplied with a tundish. Maximum working pressure: Primary circuit 2.5 bar, Secondary circuit 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature: Primary circuit 72°C, Secondary circuit 70°C.

Wall mounted, thermostatic shower blending valves with brass bodies (enclosed within a white and chrome plated case), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow with a dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member which incorporates a manual override button. The product also incorporates three ‘detent’ (push to on push to off) diverters, controlling the flow to the shower handset or overhead shower, (which has two outlet patterns). The product is supplied with a shower riser, overhead shower outlet, shower hose and handset. The inlets incorporate a combined EPDM washer and stainless strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted, exposed, thermostatic bar type shower mixing valves (chromium plated brass). The B36264 model incorporates a 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork with a dome type operating member controlling the flow between an overhead shower outlet and a shower handset. The B38130 model incorporates a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a dome type operating member controlling the flow to a shower handset. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member which incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a combined EPDM washer and stainless-steel strainer, as well as an approved single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Both products are supplied with a shower hose and handset, the B36264 model also includes a shower riser to an overhead shower outlet. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
