The inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer, and the outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Monobloc manifold containing an in-line pressure reducing valve (Adjustment Range between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, but factory pre-set at 3 bar) and a pre-set expansion relief valve (pre-set pressure 6 bar) housed in a DZR brass body with an EPDM rubber diaphragm. The product incorporates also a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Inlets and outlets have compression connections, for use with copper pipe to EN1057. Maximum working pressure 12 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
'RELIBIT 1001 Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines 'RP/291', '203/2024, Revision 1', dated '1st April 2024'. Cure for 10 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CSTD/BS6920-BA60' (shore hardness 60), 'CSTD/BS6920-BA70' (shore hardness 70) and 'CSTD/BS6920-BA75' (shore hardness 75). Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
ELASTOSIL® LR liquid silicone rubber materials. The number in brackets indicates shore hardness. Tested in-radius size 0.8mm. The following grades are natural (appear white, opaque) and are for use with water up to 85°C. Grades for injection moulding: LR 3003/10 TR A+B & ELASTOSIL LR 3003/20 TR A+B. LR 3071/40-60 A & B (40 - 60). LR 3003/30-80 A & B (30 - 80). LR 3004/20-70 A & B (20 - 70). The products may be coloured using the following ELASTOSIL® pigment pastes, also for use with water up to 85°C: FL yellow RAL 1016. FL orange RAL 2004. FL Red Brown RAL 3013. FL dark blue RAL 5010 & FL light blue RAL 5015. FL grey RAL 7000. FL carbon black RAL 9005. FL black RAL 9011. FL white RAL 9010. FL Red RAL 3000 F. FL Orange 2004 F. FL Light Blue 5015 F. FL Black 9005 F. FL green RAL 6010. ELASTOSIL® R plus platinum catalysed HTV silicone rubber. The number in brackets indicates shore hardness. Tested in-radius size 0.8mm.
