'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POLYGEL-2136'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured (opaque) isophthalic gelcoat comprising of a resin and catalyst. Mix resin and catalyst in a 50:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Revision No. 10', dated 'SEPT 2024'. Cure for 3 hours@85°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hylon N1040 H2 BK397 W & Hylon N1030 H2 BK397 W'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre filled polyamide materials. For use with water up to 60°C.
'LCPA-G(1)06 HMNC001'. Natural, (appears off-white), injection moulded, glass fibre filled nylon material. (1) 2 digits represent the amount of fiberglass added to the material with a range of 5% (05) - 65%. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ULTRAMID® A3EG10 FC AQUA BLACK23285'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Celanex 3300-2FC EF2001 natural'. Natural (appears cream coloured), injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Celanex 2002-2FC EF2001 Natural'. Natural (appears white), injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Crastin FGS600F10 NC010 (White)'. White coloured, injection moulded, Polybutylene Terephthalate material. For use with water up 60°C.
'Thermocomp JF006E-BK1B633'. Black coloured, injection moulded Polyethersulfone material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PE-B-01 Inlet Pipe'. Blue coloured, injection moulded Polyethylene pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
