Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.7:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/002', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C then cure in open air for 28 days@33-39°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘ZISIF GRP water tank panel'. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘ZISIF Premium GRP Water Tank Panel’ was added to the approval in February 2026 and is for use with water up to 55°C. Off-white coloured GRP panels manufactured by hot press moulding.
'Radilon A RCM4010RKC 306 BK'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass filled PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BAILUN U-PVC Pipe (UPVC1617)'. Grey coloured, extruded U-PVC pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘EP4066F, EP4566F, EP5066F, EP5566F, EP6066F, EP6566F, EP7066F, EP 7566F, EP8066F, EP8566F, EP9066F’. Range of black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM ‘O’ rings and gaskets. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. ‘O’ rings with tested in-radii sizes of between 0.25mm & 5.00mm. Gaskets with tested in-radii sizes of between 0.25mm & 7.50mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM-50AA2, EPDM-60AA2, EPDM-70AA2, EPDM-80AA2 & EPDM-85AA2'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 ShA & 85 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'SIL60 RED 'O' rings and seals'. Red coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber 'O' rings and seals. Shore hardness 60. The 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.25mm. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.90mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E-Tupling Plastic Pipe Cement 125 ml ETSC125' & 'E-Tupling Plastic Pipe Cement 250 ml ETSC250'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cements, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Rev00 08052025'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
