Models 483841 incorporate a half turn ceramic disc headwork that diverts the flow to an overhead shower or shower handset. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge and stainless steel strainers however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
