'Interpon HYF PLUS HJ701I'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'Ed.3 – October 2014' and stove/cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sheraplex Blue, Black, Green & Silver'. Factory applied, organic resin coating system, consisting of a primer and 'Delta Seal' topcoat (available in blue, black, green and silver colours). Apply one coat of primer (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W02 Issue 2 - February 2005) and cure for 2 and ½ hours at 380°C. Then apply a passivation layer through immersion for 15 minutes at 76-99°C (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W06 Issue 1 August 2004). Apply 1 topcoat of 'Delta Seal' (as per instructions WI.BMC.W01A Issue 2 August 2010) and cure for 20 minutes at 200°C. All are for use with water up to 23°C. 'VPC5009 Potable FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate at 200°C and then apply by dipping in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's instructions dated 10th January 2019. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Unisilkon L200'. White coloured silicone grease intended for use as a lubricant. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Tefzel® ETFE 200, 207, 280, 750, HT2181, HT2183 & HT2185'. Un-pigmented (white coloured), compression moulded ETFE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TamAcryl 2000 Orange or Blue with corrosion inhibitor', orange coloured or blue coloured (once mixed), site applied acrylic grouts. Mix Part A (orange or blue) with 2% accelerator and then mix with Part B (colourless) in a 1:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS 'V1UK20 – 2020.10.22'. Cure for 12 hours at 16°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
'TamPur 150'. Site applied, Hydrophilic polyurethane foam which is an amber coloured liquid when unreacted and a pale yellow coloured, flexible foam material when cured. Mix TamPur 150 with water in a volumetric ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS 'V1UK19 – 2019.4.25'. Cure for 24 hours at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
