Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925 White'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix part A (off-white white coloured liquid) and part B (off-white coloured liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ref. '2252', issue date 17/12/2020. Cure for 7 days@25°C. Between January 2022 and August 2022, the coating was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2022 and January 2027, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Vandex Super'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious coating. Mix cement powder with water in a weight ratio of 5:2. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use '2nd issue', dated '18.11.2020'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925 Cream'. Site applied, cream coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy coating. Mix part A (white liquid) with part B (yellow liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ref. ‘2252’ dated 17/12/2020. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tiefill'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Tiefill with water in a weight ratio of 9.4:1 and apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use 'bulletin no. TFILL/031/003, issued 'July 2020'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. Apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's user guides 'Q-035, issue 1' & 'BUKUG 1001, issue 1' dated 19/08/2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘VP1620-WR & VP-2020-WR’. Single layer, cream coloured, extruded PEX-b tubes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BWRB1620200'. In July 2024 the following pipes were added to the approval: ‘BWRB1620100, BWRB2020200, BTRB2525100 & BTRB3230100. Triple layered, extruded pipes consisting of an off-white coloured PERT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured PERT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Chemfix 10'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '12/11/2020'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
