W-M115 Series of pilot operated pressure differential control valves with adjustable pressure reducing facility. The main valve has a blue epoxy coated ductile iron body. Models are fitted with auxiliary components, including a pressure gauge, brass bodied flow control valve (DN32-DN80 & DN250-DN300), brass ball valves (DN100 – DN300), brass needle valve (DN100 –DN200) and brass bodied strainer (DN100 – DN300). Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Outlet pressure setting is adjustable between the range of 0.6 bar - 8.6 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Quarter turn sanitry ball valve incorporating a brass body and ball, EPDM ‘O’-ring and PTFE seat. Maximum working pressure 12.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of lever operated spherical valves incorporating brass bodies (chrome plated), brass balls and PTFE seals. Maximum working pressure 40.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
Range of angled isolation ball valves incorporating brushed chrome plated DZR brass bodies, DZR brass ball (chrome plated), stainless steel strainer and approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Combined spherical valve and strainer with a brushed chromium plated brass body and stainless-steel filter. The strainer incorporates single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
