‘Comet’ combination units consisting of a cased and insulated stainless steel unvented hot water storage cylinder. The cylinder primary circuit is fitted with an in-line electrical heater which supplies the heat source to the secondary water via a stainless-steel coil, and the heat source to the central heating circuit directly. The cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve, pre-set at 7.0 bar 90 degrees. The unit is supplied with an inlet control group containing a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion relief set at 6.0 bar. An expansion vessel is factory fitted to both the secondary and primary circuits within and is positioned inside the casing. The primary circuit also incorporates a circulating pump and pressure relief valve which is set at 3.0 bar. Range of deck mounted, manually operated, concealed blending valves with chromium plated brass bodies and either brass or stainless-steel trim (see model). The product incorporates a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The product is supplied with a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly incorporating a ¾” captive nut end connection for installation on the outlet. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed or exposed thermostatic shower valves (chromium plated brass), incorporating a single sequential headwork controlling both flow and temperature via a single lever operating member. Each inlet elbow incorporates a combined TPE washer and stainless-steel strainer. The main valve body inlets each incorporate approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic bar shower valves incorporating a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature with a dome operating member incorporating a manual override button. The flow to the handset or overhead shower is via a ceramic disc headwork with a dome operating member. Inlets Incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. RRK models are also supplied with shower hose, handset, overhead shower head and riser rail. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65ºC.
