'Jerlac High Build Bituminous Black'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's work instruction document 'GPC/WI/10' issue no. '01', dated 03/01/2018. Cure for 72 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tuffkote Bituminous coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component crude oil bitumen coating. Mix in a 17.1:2.9 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'SPL/PMG/2019100166', 'Rev 2', dated '04/2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HT 204'. Grey coloured carbon bearing, pressed, sintered, impregnated with phenolic resin and rebaked. For use with water up to 85°C.
NY Blue PP. Blue coloured, factory applied nylon powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for 'NY Blue PP nylon powder' dated 01-05-25, then post cure for 20 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EM6/35/7541/1'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated '23/08/2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron 805 B'. Factory applied, blue coloured Acrylic coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR805B/CP826', dated 'Sep 12, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
