'CLEAN TECH PW (BG)'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/22-23/04/R13/BG/R1', dated '15.09.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. Between August 2024 and January 2025, the coating is approved for use with water up to 23°C. Between February 2025 and August 2029, the coating is approved for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MPPL_RELIPOXY'. Carbon steel pipe coated with red/brown coloured epoxy coating. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Klüberbeta VR 67-3500'. Cream coloured silicone grease intended for use as a lubricant. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Unisilkon TK 002/500'. Colourless lubricating oil. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet. For use with water up to 60°C.
'UNISILKON L 641'. White coloured (opaque) lubricant grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Relon A500 Nero 4095 GF30 K'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass filled PA66 material. For use with water up to 80°C.
'ThorPlas-White Bearing'. Polyester component in the form of a white coloured, continuous cast tube. For use with water up to 65°C.
'WIN Spigot Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded PE100 spigot fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
'+GF+ HDPE PE 100' (black and black with blue stripes)'. Extruded polyethylene pipes. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Baishi HDPE Fittings'. Injection moulded HDPE fittings available in black or blue colours. For use with water up to 65°C.
