Range of stainless steel indirect (single or twin coil), direct and heat pump unvented hot water storage cylinders. The heat pump models also incorporate a plate heat exchanger and a circulation pump. The secondary circuit is supplied with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@90.0˚C. The products are supplied with an inlet control group consisting of an adjustable pressure reducing valve, adjustable in the range of 0.8 bar - 6.0 bar, but factory pre-set at 3.0 bar, a strainer, am expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and an approved single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The products are also supplied with an immersion heater, an expansion vessel (12, 19 or 24 litres depending on model) and a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit: 5.5 Bar. Primary Circuit: 6.0 Bar (All models except for the Direct - DI prefix models). Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Range of 2, 3 and 4 port brushed chrome DZR brass manifolds incorporating a screw down isolation valve at each port and brass compression adaptors (MFIT100053). Pushfit outlets are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057), BPB pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and BPEX pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). MANA500552, MANA500553 and MANA500554 models used in conjunction with the MFIT100053 brass compression adaptor on the outlets are for use with BPB pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and BPEX pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). Model INSVDEV002 & INSMEV003 incorporates a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow and a thermostatic cartridge independently controlling the temperature The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and incorporates an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Model INSMEV003 also incorporates flow regulators. The products are supplied with shower hose, handset, and riser rail assemblies. Model INSMBIV004 is also supplied with a wall outlet.
