Range of pilot operated, adjustable, pressure reducing control valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies. The valves are supplied with a pilot valve, three spherical valves and a needle valve. Maximum supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure setting is adjustable in the range of 2.0 – 12.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C. Above ground use only.
Range of core manifolds (DZR brass body) incorporating a pressure relief valve (plastic body), with an EPDM diaphragm and ‘O’-rings. For use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). The pressure relief valve is pre-set at 6.0 or 8.0 bar (see models). The product incorporates a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Maximum operating pressure 16.0bar. Cold water use only.
