‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Coating System’. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied), two-part epoxy coating. The primer comprises of ‘Corroless EPF (2022) Primer Base Red’ and ‘Corroless EPF (2022) Buff Temperate Hardener’, to be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturer’s TDS issued ‘June 2024’. Cure for 24 hours at 10°C. The coating comprises of ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Base 00-A-01 Portland’ and ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Hardener’, to be mixed in 5.5:1 weight ratio and applied as per manufacturer’s TDS issued ‘June 2024’. Cure for 7 days at 10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'REGZ40 & REGZ41'. white coloured (translucent) silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Grivory GVN-5H black 9915'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA 66 + PA 6I/X-GF50 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TECHNYL ® SAFE A 219WFC V30 BK’ (black coloured) & ‘TECHNYL ® SAFE A 219WFC V30 NC’ (natural, appears off-white). Injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced polyamide 6.6 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
