`Scotchkote 206N`. Factory applied, green coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s 'standard cure guide' which appears in document '80-6111-8352-8 Rev. B'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop Easy DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7483-7-2021-I-gb'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2022.1.1', revision 'A2'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Belzona 1511 (Super HT – Metal)'. Site applied, two-component, silver/grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 5:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'FN10178', publication number '07-06-21'. Cure for 18 hours@20°C then post-cure for 1 hour@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
