'TS2160'. Factory applied, grey coloured, enamel coating intended to line glass fused steel tanks. Apply two coats as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'AQ 10 07 Rev.1'. Fire for 10 minutes at 840°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the firing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZCGJ-2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'ZC02250725' dated '2025.7.25'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZC-2025HSR'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.5:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZC01250725', dated '2025.7.25'. Cure for 8 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline Defend 430'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's PDS dated 'December 2024'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AF-153'. Blue coloured fibre gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'NEMA G10'. Green/yellow coloured, hot pressed GRE material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Molykote® G-5511'. White coloured (opaque), silicone based grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Silicone Grease A665017, 665016-TUB, A665016, ASG50, AHPSG, PH041, PHCB041/F15220’. Off-white coloured (opaque) silicone greases. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'PLUSTEK PA100NT-F'. Cream coloured, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Plate PE 100 natur'. White coloured (translucent), extruded, polyethylene 'support' component. For use with water up to 85°C.
'T-NO.100S-FD'. White coloured (translucent) PET mesh manufactured by weaving. For use with water up to 45°C.
‘2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue’ & ‘2KPS EASF-V Grey’. Site applied, two-part (resin & hardener is automatically mixed in a 10:1 volume ratio through dispensing nozzle) anchor resins. Apply and cure as per ’T Load’ cures set out in Table B3 of European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 14/0104’, dated ‘04/06/2023’. 2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue is for use with water up to 65°C. 2KPS EASF-V Grey is for use with water up to 23°C. When processing an application for WRAS Product Approval the in-radius tolerance rule cannot be applied, i.e. only the material with an in-radius of 1.0mm is covered by the scope of the approval.
