Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.7:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/001', DATED '09.06.2025'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C then cure in open air for 28 days@33-39°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Sagar Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/005', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TP1'. Factory applied, colourless solid lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-005', issue 1, dated 11/11/2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PROTEGOL EP Coating 32-99. Factory applied, two-component, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) in a volume ratio of 1.75:1.0 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS released '03/2025'. Cure for 24 hours at 23°C and then 24 hours at 70°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AF-300 B Pro'. Blue coloured, NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio
‘ZISIF GRP water tank panel'. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘ZISIF Premium GRP Water Tank Panel’ was added to the approval in February 2026 and is for use with water up to 55°C. Off-white coloured GRP panels manufactured by hot press moulding.
'Huili-GRP Water Tank Panel (HL002)'. Grey coloured (opaque), hot press moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Neoperl Softpex® hose inliner’. Single layered, extruded, uncoloured (appears off-white, transparent) PEX-a tube. For use with water up to 70°C.
'H.B. Fuller UK Silicone Spray'. Clear, Silicone Lubricant Spray. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS, 'issue 4', dated '23/05/2025'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Polypipe Silicone Spray Lubricant SG 300'. Clear, Silicone Lubricant Spray. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS, 'issue 2', dated 'November 2022'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Greasil 4000'. White coloured silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RADILON® S RV350RKC2 306 BK'. Black coloured, injection moulded, 35% glass fibre reinforced, PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Badadur PBT9 GF10 WL Blau 1001'. Blue coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'ISO Resin Topaz-2100-AT'. Beige coloured polyester resin manufactured by hand layup. For use with water up to 45°C.
'GP Resin Topaz-1110-TP'. Beige coloured polyester resin material manufactured by hand lay-up. For use with water up to 45°C.
'Kuzeyboru HDPE 100 Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘4TECH 9S20000 W-A ABK’. Black coloured, injection moulded, unfilled PPO/HIPS material. Between February 2024 and April 2025, it was for use with water up to 23°C. Between May 2025 and February 2029, it’s for use with water up to 85°C.
‘EP4066F, EP4566F, EP5066F, EP5566F, EP6066F, EP6566F, EP7066F, EP 7566F, EP8066F, EP8566F, EP9066F’. Range of black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM ‘O’ rings and gaskets. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. ‘O’ rings with tested in-radii sizes of between 0.25mm & 5.00mm. Gaskets with tested in-radii sizes of between 0.25mm & 7.50mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP7007PF 'O' ring'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.89mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM-50AA2, EPDM-60AA2, EPDM-70AA2, EPDM-80AA2 & EPDM-85AA2'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 ShA & 85 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
