Section Code 2010 : Shower valve(s) with thermostatic temperature control
Back To Directory SectionsWall mounted thermostatic bar shower valve (chrome plated brass body), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a dome type operating member and a thermostatic cartridge independently controlling the temperature with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate flow regulators, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with a shower handset, shower hose and riser rail assembly. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of T-type thermostatic mixing valves with chrome plated DZR brass bodies and EPDM ‘O’-rings incorporating a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature. Each inlet incorporates a stainless steel strainer. The inlets of the 252714 and 252713 models incorporate a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
Range of concealed thermostatic valves with thermostatic cartridges. Models (XB-AZ-034B & XB-AZ-035B) consist of quarter turn ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow and the temperature is controlled independently via thermostatic cartridge. Model (XB-AZ-037B) consists of a two-way diverter cartridge controlling the flow and a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature. Model (XB-AZ-038B) consists of a three-way diverter cartridge controlling the direction of flow, a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature and a quarter turn ceramic disc controlling the flow. All models incorporate cube, dome, cross-top or single lever type operating members. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and single check valve cartridges; however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of wall mounted exposed shower valves (Brass bodies – various finishes), incorporating single sequential headworks controlling both flow and temperature with single a single lever operating member. Models (BPMO SHXVO C & BPRR SHXVO C) incorporate non-rising spindle headworks controlling the flow with single lever operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with cross-top operating members. The inlets incorporate flow regulators, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection. Models (Mini TS1203 RR C, R2 SHXRR C & KN2 SHXRR C) are supplied with riser rails and overhead shower outlets. Models (R2 SHXVO C, BPRO SHXVO C & BPMO SHXVO C) valve only. All other models are supplied with shower hose, handset and riser rail assemblies. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted, bar shower mixers, (chrome plated brass bodies) incorporating a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature with either dome or cubed type operating members that incorporate manual override buttons and quarter turn ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow with dome or cubed type operating members. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure - 6 Bar. Maximum operating temperature - 65°C.
‘Rada’ electronically controlled thermostatic blending valve, with a stainless-steel body, EPDM ‘o’ rings and seals. Maximum working pressure; 13.8 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves, (brass bodies - various finishes) incorporating two push button headworks controlling the flow to the hand shower or overhead shower outlet. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with single lever operating member which incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 70.0°C
Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic shower valves (brass bodied - chrome plated trim set), flow is controlled via a solenoid valve that is activated by an infrared sensor or touch sensor. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 65.0°C
T type thermostatic blending valve with a DZR brushed chrome brass body and inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). For use with copper pipe (BS EN 1057). Maximum working pressure: 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 65.0°C
Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic shower blending valves with brass bodies and polished stainless-steel trim/faceplates. Flow is controlled by a single sequential headwork with a single lever operating member. The inlets of the H96BOX each incorporates a isolation valve and a plastic strainer. The 9639SRV and 9632SRV models incorporate a plastic strainer and a plastic flow regulator on each inlet. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
