'EX60LC, EX70LC & EX80LC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber materials. Shore hardness 60, 70 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'HT5697-5'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 67. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 50°C.
Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a tested in-radius size of 1.3mm. 'EPW-50, EPW-55, EPW-60, EPW-65, EPW-70 & EPW-75' have a shore hardness of between 50 & 75 and are for use with water up to 23°C. ‘EPW-80' has a shore hardness of 80 and is suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
'EH600-151'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'6741'. Brown coloured, compression moulded FKM rubber. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SL70L41F'. Blue coloured, compression moulded silicone rubber material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Addisil 2050E, 2060E, 2070E & 2080E'. Unpigmented (appear white, translucent), extruded silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size of 2.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Permabond ET5365'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy adhesive consisting of part A (light grey coloured paste) & part B (dark grey coloured paste). The product cartridge is heated to 30°C and the two-components are mixed in a 2:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'revision 1', dated 23 May 2018. Cure 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interflon Paste HT1200'. Cream coloured ceramic paste. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions, document number 'IFUHT1200' dated 24/04/2017. Cure for 5 minutes@22°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
