Mix cement, sand & water in a 0.6 : 1.0 : 0.22 mass ratio and apply as per work instructions 'WP-08-05 I', issue '04', rev. '0' dated '22.08.2024. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Hempadur 35530 System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320) and Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’. ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated October 2024. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Dyopox PTW Red'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'R3 issued 2024'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NextGen NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-2019'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POLYGEL-2136'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured (opaque) isophthalic gelcoat comprising of a resin and catalyst. Mix resin and catalyst in a 50:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Revision No. 10', dated 'SEPT 2024'. Cure for 3 hours@85°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4240'. Off-white coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4430'. NBR/fibre gasket material, which is green coloured one side and white coloured the other, manufactured by calandering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Busan-Tank'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Resinex™ KW-H'. The following grades were added to the approval in June 2025: ‘Resinex™ KW-H Na, Resinex™ KW-Na, Resinex™ KW-H K & Resinex™ KW-K’. Cream coloured ion exchange resins. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Hylon N1040 H2 BK397 W & Hylon N1030 H2 BK397 W'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre filled polyamide materials. For use with water up to 60°C.
'LCPA-G(1)06 HMNC001'. Natural, (appears off-white), injection moulded, glass fibre filled nylon material. (1) 2 digits represent the amount of fiberglass added to the material with a range of 5% (05) - 65%. For use with water up to 85°C.
'27GFT'. Natural (appears white), extruded PA66+30GF material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ULTRAMID® A3EG10 FC AQUA BLACK23285'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Celanex 3300-2FC EF2001 natural'. Natural (appears cream coloured), injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Celanex 2002-2FC EF2001 Natural'. Natural (appears white), injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Crastin FGS600F10 NC010 (White)'. White coloured, injection moulded, Polybutylene Terephthalate material. For use with water up 60°C.
