For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MY-5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev: 1.0' dated 01/01/2018. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS dated 22nd August 2018. Cure for 35 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kolgas Uni'. White coloured putty paste intended for use as a lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 18.01.2017. For use with water up to 23°C. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'SCIV-O-Ring'. White coloured, silicon oil intended for use as a lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 20.01.2017. For use with water up to 23°C. '557WE, 557WG & 557WM 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 60, 70 & 90. Tested in-radius size 0.85mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'9710 'O' Rings'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.4mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'KX-1'. Black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM rubber sheet material. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
Initial approval was for ‘SMS-80’ (shore hardness 80) only. In April 2024 ‘SMS-50' (shore hardness 50) & ‘SMS-70’(shore hardness 70) were added to the approval. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'AquaFlex T 5858'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
'EPDM70-BH'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
