Series of wall mounted, thermostatic mixer valve with brass bodies, diverter headwork that controls flow between one, two or three outlets (see model) with various type of operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge operating member with a manual override button. Inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 55°C
Range of butterfly valves incorporating blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, stainless-steel discs and EPDM seats. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of in-line pilot operated level control valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies. The products have flow control facility controlled via a float operated valve and are supplied with auxiliary components including stainless steel pipe & fittings, spherical valves, bleed valve and a needle valve. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C.
Range of inline pilot operated altitude control valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies and bonnets. The pilot system consists of spherical valves, in line strainers, needle valve, non-return valve, altitude gauge and a pre-set altitude control valve. The spring rating of the pilot 10-60ft (3 to 18m). Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C
Range of dual plate non-return valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, stainless steel discs and an EPDM seat. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
