Section Code 2010 : Shower valve(s) with thermostatic temperature control
Back To Directory SectionsRange of T-type thermostatic blending valves with chromium plated brass bodies. Temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge. The inlets incorporate single check valve cartridges (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and stainless-steel strainers. models HVTMV-15IV & HVTMV-22IV are also fitted with brass isolating elbows. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Wall mounted blending thermostatic shower valve (chrome plated brass), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge. Both using cube type operating members. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlets also incorporate ¾” BSP (M) x 15mm compression (chrome plated) spherical ball valves and EPDM washers incorporating stainless steel mesh strainers. The product is supplied with a chrome plated shower handset, shower hose and riser rail assembly. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Wall mounted, exposed, thermostatic blending valve with a brass body (various finishes). The flow is controlled via a quarter turn ceramic disc with a dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member which incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and a single check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate It provides backflow protection. Product is not supplied with shower hose of handset. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Wall mounted thermostatic shower valve (brass body - various finishes and trim sets), incorporating a thermostatic cartridge controlling the flow and temperature with a single lever or cross top operating members with a manual override button. The inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 85°C
Wall mounted, bar type thermostatic shower valve (chromium plated brass), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow using single lever operating members incorporating a manual override. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge, using a single lever operating member incorporating a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Range of T-type thermostatic mixing valves with brushed chrome plated DZR brass bodies. Each inlet incorporates a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and stainless-steel strainers. Compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN1057). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 85°C
Range of T-type thermostatic mixing valves with brushed chrome plated DZR brass bodies and manually adjustable temperature control. The inlets of the press fit and push fit models incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection. Press fit and push fit connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
