'CD 101 Grey Sealing Disc'. Grey coloured ceramic disc component manufactured by powder pressing, sintering and grinding. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’. Factory applied, white or blue coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy coating comprising of Coat 1 and Coat 2. ‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ (Coat 1) comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 80:20 volume ratio and applied as PDS ‘7416’, dated February 25, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’ is to be applied as Coat 2 and each comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 77.5:22.5 ratio and applied as PDS ‘7785’, dated August 19, 2022. Cure for 12 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LMI Hygienic CML'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement mortar:sand:water in a weight ratio of 36:46:18 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LMICMA012624', dated '1/26/2024'. Cure for 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Alsen FBE Blue Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'AIPL 1212/1', dated '07/06/2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours:235°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:water: cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GB0012023', edition 'A1'. dated '2023-10-10'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81 & IW81)’ – blue coloured and ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81812 & IW81)’ – red coloured’. Factory applied, two component, epoxy coatings consisting of IV81 or IV81812 (base) and IW81 (hardener). Mix IV81 or IV81812 (base) & IW81 (hardener) in a mass ratio of 5:1 or volume ratio of 3.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s data sheets ‘Rev: 04 – 04.12.2023’ (blue) or ‘Rev: 03 – 04.12.2023’ (red). Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JBG-SRPC Plus'. Factory applied, sulphate resisting Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JBG-OPC Plus'. Factory applied, grey coloured, ordinary Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. 'LRPOLO22-V'. Factory applied, clear vinyl-ester resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-003, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'LRPOLO22-ISO'. Factory applied, yellow coloured Isophthalic Polyester Resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-002, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. I01-KAJ1207' dated '2019.1.14'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'OBE-5378'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'OBE-HG-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2023-OCT.-11st'. Cure for 10 minutes at 190°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Raymond Microsilica Modified Cement Mortar Standard A'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement/sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. To this add micro silica at 7%, achieved by mixing cement mix/micro silica in a mass ratio of 1:0.07 and water at 1:0.32 (cement mix/water). Add the MasterPozzolith 55R at a ratio of 2.2ml per kilo of cement. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘TDS/RI/2024/MMCM “Standard A’, dated ‘ 21 Feb 2024’. Cure for 28 days at a temperature of between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'DIMERSIL 10`. Green coloured, compressed synthetic fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
